DCCF Laboratory:
INQUEST relies on highly accurate analysis tools, actual fire modelling and reconstitution capabilities in order to:
- Confirm or invalidate assumptions
- Search for causes of premature equipment failure (representative accelerated ageing, aggravated test, reliability test)
- Appraise equipment after the incident, fire, explosion, including new technologies (lithium battery, photovoltaic, etc.)
- Analyse the weaknesses of a product
- Make specific recommendations (redesign improvements, etc.)
